Enregistrer tout ce qui se passe devant, pour... ben, pour pleins de trucs. Prouver ton innocence en cas d'accident (pratique, ça), immortaliser les paysages magnifiques (si tu en vois, hein, ça dépend où tu habites… moi, c'est souvent des bouchons et des travaux), ou juste, genre, pour la frime.
2.5K, ça veut dire quoi, en termes de qualité d'image ? C'est Bô ?
2.5K... Oui, c'est pas mal. Sérieusement, c'est correct. La qualité est bonne, surtout pour les vidéos de jour. Les plaques d'immatriculation, tu les vois, youpi ! Le soir... c'est là que ça se complique un peu. C'est pas non plus du cinéma, on est d'accord. J'ai quand même réussi à choper une vidéo sympa d'un chat qui a traversé devant ma voiture (oui, j'ai failli l'écraser, j'avoue, mais la caméra a tout enregistré, heureusement !). Donc, oui, c'est bô, dans l'ensemble. Mais attendez-vous pas à des miracles, surtout si vous habitez dans une ville où il fait toujours gris.
L'installation, c'est facile ? Parce que moi et les gadgets...
Facile… disons que ça dépend. Ils te filent un autocollant genre "3M super puissant". Le truc, c'est qu'il faut bien viser ! Parce que, une fois que c'est collé... C'est collé ! J'ai galéré, vraiment. J'ai du le placer, repositionner... Et au final, j'avais des empreintes de doigts partout sur mon pare-brise et l'autocollant s'est retrouvé légèrement de travers. J'ai failli péter un câble. J'ai du faire appel à mon mari bricoleur, qui a réussi à le coller, mais c'était toute une histoire ! Prévoyez du temps, et surtout, soyez patients. J'ai l'impression que mon vieux Nokia 3310 téléchargerait plus vite. Mais bon, quand ça marche, c'est pratique. Parce que oui, c'est pour télécharger les vidéos sur ton téléphone. Et pour celles qui te détestent, parce qu'il faut rester connecter pendant un temps pour que la vidéo arrive... c'est frustrant. Ce serait mieux de pouvoir brancher la caméra directement sur l'ordinateur, franchement. Mais bon, c'est ça le progrès, hein.

Le GPS… Ah oui, le GPS. Ça enregistre ta vitesse, ta position, tout ça. Utile ? Ben... si tu as un accident, oui, c'est super utile. Ça peut aider à prouver ta bonne foi. Si t'es juste en train de rouler tranquillement, pas vraiment. Moi, je trouve ça un peu angoissant, de savoir que tout est enregistré. Genre, si je me perds sur une petite route de campagne, tout le monde le saura ! Mais bon, c'est une option, tu peux l'activer ou pas. Perso, je l'ai activé, parce que... on ne sait jamais. Et puis, pour les contrôles de vitesse, ça peut être sympa de savoir si t'as vraiment respecté les limitations… si, si, je vous assure, je respecte toujours. (sauf quand je suis pressée, bien sûr !)

Le mode parking... Ah, oui, ça c'est bien. Normalement, oui, ça filme quand la voiture est garée, si elle détecte un choc. C'est censé protéger ta voiture contre les petits malins qui font des rayures. Dans la théorie. Dans la pratique... j'ai testé. J'ai laissé ma voiture garée, j'ai tapé un coup sur le capot... et rien. Pas une seule vidéo. J'ai mis le mode parking, j'avais l'impression d'avoir mal fait quelque chose. J'ai vérifié les réglages mille fois. J'ai même demandé à mon mari de réessayer, il s'y connait en électronique. Pareil. Alors soit je suis complètement nulle, soit le mode parking est un peu... fainéant. Mais bon, mieux vaut l'avoir, hein.
