Ou presque... parce que rien n'est jamais simple avec ces gadgets modernes !

Ah, l'écran... c'est le point positif, en général. C'est grand, net, ça a l'air moderne. Le CarPlay est vraiment bien intégré, la navigation est fluide... Mais attention ! Ne vous attendez pas à la qualité d'un écran de smartphone haut de gamme. Il y a parfois quelques pixels qui bavent, les reflets sont présents. Et quand le soleil tape direct dessus, on ne voit plus rien.
Observation : J'ai remarqué que la qualité d'image varie selon l'angle de vue. Si vous êtes assis sur le siège passager, parfois, on dirait que l'écran est flou. C'est un peu agaçant (pour le passager, je veux dire).

Android Auto... là, on entre dans le vif du sujet. Perso, je suis un Apple fanboy à 100%. Mais Android Auto... c'est pas trop mal non plus! C'est bien foutu, ça réagit vite. Le truc, c'est que j'ai pas forcément l'habitude de l'utiliser. J'ai testé avec un téléphone Android d'un pote (désolé, mec!), et ça a marché, sans problème. Le gros plus, c'est la possibilité d'utiliser Google Maps. Parce que, soyons honnêtes, les GPS d'origine des Z4... c'est plus trop ça.

La qualité du son dépendra donc de votre système audio existant et du raccordement. Si vous avez le système d'origine, pas de miracle. Mais, et c'est un GROS "mais", ce genre d'écran offre souvent des réglages d'égalisation plus poussés. Donc, en cherchant (et en bidouillant), il y a moyen d'améliorer un peu le rendu.
Emotion : J'étais tellement content de remplacer l'écran d'origine, qui avait une qualité sonore digne d'un walkman des années 90. J'ai tout réinstallé avec l'espoir d'une amélioration... Bof. C'est quand même mieux, mais ne vous attendez pas à une révolution sonore.

More Rambles : J'ai eu un bug qui m'a ENVOYÉ. L'écran s'est figé sur une des pubs de l'interface android. Plus rien ne répondait. J'ai pensé à tout balancer par la fenetre. J'ai essayé de redémarrer, rien. J'ai même tenté la technique du "on tape sur l'appareil" (oui, je sais, c'est stupide). Finalement, au bout de 10 minutes, il s'est remis à fonctionner comme si de rien n'était. On verra le prochain bug...
Les commandes au volant, elles fonctionnent toujours ?
Ça dépend. En général, oui. Les commandes du volume, de la navigation, la sélection des stations... tout ça fonctionne. Mais il faut bien configurer l'écran. Certains boutons peuvent ne pas être assigné directement. Il faut un peu s'y connaître pour configurer tout ça...
Quirky Observation : J'ai remarqué que le bouton "mode" de mon volant (celui qui permet de choisir entre la radio, le CD, etc.) ne sert plus à grand-chose. Maintenant, il sert à... rien.
